Black Youth Vote!, a program of the National Coalition on Black Civic Participation, is a broad based coalition of organizations and individuals committed to increasing political and civic involvement among black men and women aged 18-35.
BYV! is youth led and dedicated to educating young voters in the Black community who are increasingly disenfranchised and alienated from the electoral and legislative process. Through civic education, leadership development and training, BYV! works to educate youth and young adults on how to identify issues and ways to influence public policy.
