Now in its fourth program year, Generation Change has successfully graduated over 75 new organizers from its internship program. The internship program partners with local community based organizations in FL, NC, TN and DC to provide interns with a 10 week summer working experience. The program includes an intensive five day training in Washington, DC; two summer sessions to network with their peers and learn from experts regarding local issues; and a final two day reflection gathering and skills training to cap their internship experience.
