Greetings, my name is Cedric Lawson and I am a proud alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where I was involved in United States Student Association and Choice USA. I was also a part of the statewide student association United Council of University of Wisconsin students, where I served as President and the full-time Legislative Director. Finishing a successful tenure in winning concrete victories for students in grant aid via well orchestrated direct action campaigns. I moved to Washington DC to work for the United States Student Association as the Development Director, sharpening a more holistic skill set. Once here, I became a New Leader (Fall 2009) with the Center for Progressive Leadership.
