Young People For (YP4), a program of People For the American Way Foundation, is a strategic long-term leadership development program that identifies, engages and empowers the newest generation of progressive leaders to create lasting change in their communities.
The YP4 fellowship annually provides a select group of 150 young progressive leaders on over 80 college campuses with the opportunity to engage in strategic social justice work and provides a gateway to continued leadership in the progressive community.
